Piano tuning is done by adjusting the tension of the strings until the musical intervals between strings are the proper pitch. Typically to A440 Hz.
Verticals/Uprights: $150 • Grands: $150 • Antiques: $350 & Up
Every year a piano goes without tuning, the pitch drops further and further away from where it should be. A piano that is too far out of pitch will need a pitch raise.
Raising/Lowering to pitch: $75 & Up

The goal of regulation is to make the piano’s touch and sound consistent across all notes. There are many types of regulations for a piano including Let-off, Drop, Repetition springs, Key weights.
